Alpine terrain holds the toughest tasks for agricultural technology. Pöttinger is located near the Alps, which is why we have a always given Alpine farming technology a high profile. Steep slopes, uneven terrain and huge differences in elevation - these are the operating conditions that Pöttinger has become closely acquainted with over a period of decades.
The wide range of products stretches from mowers, tedders and windrowers to self-loading wagons. The specifications required by farmers for grassland machines working in the Alps or any other mountainous region are quite different from those required by farmers working in the valley.
