Official opening of Customer Centre
Modern Customer Centre sets new standards in customer care
This year's Pöttinger Day on 29 August 2008 provided the company with the opportunity to officially open the customer centre in the presence of numerous sales partners, prominent politicians, business people and journalists. Austrian Vice Chancellor Wilhelm Molterer officially cut the ribbon under the supervision of Heinz, Klaus and Heinz Senior.
Pöttinger's new Customer Centre in Grieskirchen supports the company's goal of enhancing customer care in a unique way. In this attractive environment, customer visits in the form of plant tours and training workshops become a memorable experience and help to strengthen business partnerships. It is a meeting point where our customers and partners can establish and maintain contacts.
The Customer Centre has 1,150 m² of exhibition floor space for professional product presentations, training and meeting rooms and a service and training centre for customer and sales partner workshops. The multimedia room "Spotlight" with seating for 72 people features the very latest media technology and presents the world of Pöttinger in what can only be described as a unique audiovisual experience.
